About the Project

Challenge:

Swarna Ganesh Chit Fund was managing their entire chit fund operation — member registration, monthly instalment collection, auction records, payout tracking, and due notifications — through manual registers and spreadsheets. This created errors in payment records, missed communication with members, difficulty generating reports for audits, and no way for members to view their account status online. They needed a purpose-built digital platform that could replace manual operations with a reliable, auditable system.
 

Our Solution:​

We built a custom web application for Swarna Ganesh Chit Fund covering the complete chit fund lifecycle — from member onboarding and chit group management to monthly instalment tracking, auction recording, payout management, and automated payment reminders via SMS and WhatsApp. An admin dashboard gives the fund manager real-time visibility across all active groups and member accounts. Members can log in to view their instalment history, upcoming dues, and prize/payout status. The system generates audit-ready reports and due-date alerts automatically.
