About the Project

Challenge:

An academic institution was managing exam scheduling, result publication, and student communication through manual spreadsheets and informal messaging — a process that caused delays, errors, and poor visibility for students and faculty alike. They needed a mobile-first platform that would centralise the entire examination lifecycle from scheduling to result delivery, accessible to admins, faculty, and students on both Android and iOS.
 

Our Solution:​

We built a cross-platform Flutter mobile application covering the complete examination management lifecycle. The admin layer handles exam creation, timetable management, hall ticket generation, and result upload. The faculty view covers attendance, mark entry, and result verification. Students get a clean mobile interface to view their timetable, download hall tickets, check results, and receive push notifications for key events. A single Flutter codebase served both Android and iOS — reducing build cost while maintaining a native experience on both platforms.
